Every girl has one dress in her closet that she prizes above all others. Often, it is the most expensive dress which is the crème de la crème. For others, it is a dress one can wear anywhere, anytime - shopping, to the beach, out for lunch, etc etc.
This dress is neither. Velvet, vintage and impractically short. Chunky gold hardware.
What more could a girl ask for?
